The challenge
Growing companies, especially the software and service businesses doing well, run on scattered sheets, end-of-day report messages, and gut feel. Management sees yesterday's picture at best, and a manager can only ever sample a handful of sales calls to check quality.
What we built
An end-to-end company management system with an automation layer underneath it. Every employee works inside one environment: the lead-gen team logs completed tasks, the sales team calls through a built-in dialer that records every call and analyzes it with AI, and team leads' reports assemble themselves from real activity instead of a message thread.
Managers, HR and leadership see the true current state of every person, team and metric, live, without asking anyone for a report. An AI layer processes every data point the system holds and tells leadership where the company is lacking and where to focus next.
How it works, in plain English
Tasks, calls and updates are logged as they happen, not reconstructed at the end of the day.
A built-in dialer records and AI-analyzes every sales call, flagging whether it was handled well.
Team-lead and management reports are generated from real activity, not chased over chat.
An AI layer reviews the full picture and surfaces where the company is lacking and where to focus.
What to expect
- 3 to 6 hours a week of reporting overhead removed per employee (typical, modelled)
- Decisions made on live data instead of week-old sheets (typical, modelled)
- Every sales call reviewed, instead of under 5% (typical, modelled)
Typical results we engineer for, not a delivered client outcome.
Why it matters
One system replaces the scattered sheets, the EOD messages, and the built-in CRM and internal chat a growing team usually bolts together separately, giving leadership a live picture instead of a weekly guess.
